Dr. Jones-Ross preaches a message of love, healing and deliverance to those who have lost hope, to the unsaved and those who walk a deeper walk with the Lord.   She is gifted in the prophetic ministry and speaks with authority from the word of God     
 

Under her leadership, "GHRM" has been instrumental in the communities that it serves through their food and distribution ministries, youth outreach ministry at the Boys and Girls Club, clothing ministries for men and women returning to the work force, performing arts and stage plays written by the members of her church, children's ministries, and word studies. These ministries and so many more have been the "bait" that has been used in bringing the unsaved to Christ.

 Cheryl believes in helping people and in helping people discover their purpose and pushing them towards walking in it successfully. 80% of the GHRM membership were new to salvation when they came, but their lives have been miraculously transformed and they are now serving the Lord in the community and bringing others to Christ. Their retention rate has been close to 95% of those who have come to Christ from the streets and remained saved and committed to the ministry since  the doors have opened.

 

Through a successful discipleship plan that includes, follow-up, group meetings,  new members courses, hands on ministry training and pairing people to do successful outreach that matches their gifts. the church has maintained rapid growth.

Dr. Jones-Ross is a graduate of Shiloh Bible Institute with a certificate in ministerial studies.  She has earned a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from Isaiah University, a Master's Degree in Biblical Counseling and Doctorate in Pastoral Ministry from Isaiah University.
