Virtual Church Team Associates

So, what is a virtual team?

Our Virtual teams are comprised of people with leadership qualities or (Elders, Ministers, Evangelist, Deacons and Lay People) that may not live within the communities we serve.   Because of the need for churches to reach the masses in a digital era fueled by the COVID Pandemic we are having to change the way in which we "do church".  It is becoming clear that the church is more than a building but a living organism with the power to expand our reach globally and a need to fulfill the great commission.  

We are also seeing an increase in membership requests coming from communities across the globe that we are unable to physically reach.  Because of this we invite leaders who may not be connected to a local assembly to join our vision and partner with us to help lead and serve those within their local communities who have also made the connection to join GHRM.

Our Virtual Team Members will not just be ministry partners but will become active members of GHRM who will be under the leadership of Pastor Cheryl Jones-Ross, Senior Pastor and Founder.  Virtual Church Leaders will be trained, licensed and/or Ordained into the Ministry and will be accountable to adhere to the same vision, mission, bylaws and all the rules and regulations that our in house staff and ministerial team must adhere to.
