From Our Pastor
Since 2014 Greater Hope Restoration Ministries has worshipped and served the communities of Scott Township, Carnegie , Bridgeville and Mt. Lebanon from our 1700 Bower Hill Road, Pittsburgh, Pa. location. During this time we have not only grown in the Lord in many ways, we have developed into a thriving ministry that loves the Lord and His people.
We have seen lives transformed, fed hundreds of families, impacted the lives of hundreds of children and youth, married couples and buried our loved ones. I personally have been so blessed to pastor the type people that many other pastors can only hope to pastor over these ten years. We as a body have become stronger in Lord and in the power of His might. But we have also faced some challenges along the way, challenges that have helped us to grow and to know the Lord in many different ways and we have become better servants and stewards of God's work.
We are grateful for these past 10 years of ministry and grateful to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church for sharing their space with us. We will continue to keep them in prayer as they close their doors permanently at the end of January 2024.
Change isn't always easy, but it is necessary for growth. And, we are excited for our next season of ministry and even for the challenges that it will bring as we relocate to our new worship facility at 505 Washington Road, Carnegie, Pa. Over the next few weeks we will be transitioning to our new location and making it ready for your arrival. Once the final steps are completed and we are officially ready to open our doors, we will make a formal announcement of our new location, our greater ways of serving the community and of our new worship and ministry schedules via all of our social media platforms and through our text and email communication systems.
This will begin a new and greater level of ministry for us as we connect with other ministries, non-profits, and businesses in the community to provide for the needs of the people. We hope that you will make the connection with us, find your home at GHRM and help us to take this gospel to the world.
