The GHRM RESTORE Reentry Program is a community-based reentry and restoration program of Greater Hope Restoration Ministries designed to support individuals who are returning to the community following incarceration, involved with the criminal justice system, completing court-ordered requirements, or simply seeking support as they work toward a more stable and productive life.

Our approach goes beyond completing requirements. We want participants to have a safe and supportive place where they can address the issues that may have contributed to past decisions, take responsibility for their choices, develop healthier coping and relationship skills, reconnect with family and community, and establish goals for their future.

Mission
The mission of the GHRM RESTORE Reentry Program is to provide individuals impacted by incarceration and the criminal justice system with practical support, education, mentoring, accountability, recovery resources, and opportunities for personal and spiritual growth that help them successfully rebuild their lives and reconnect with their families and communities.
Who We Serve
The RESTORE Program may serve adults referred through reentry organizations, probation and parole programs, courts, community organizations, treatment and recovery programs, churches, and other partner agencies.
Individuals may also voluntarily participate when seeking additional support during their personal recovery or reentry journey.
Participation in religious activities and worship is voluntary and is not required to receive community-based program services.

VICTIMS AWARENESS
Participants will engage in structured classes and activities designed to help them better understand how individual choices and behaviors can affect victims, families, children, neighborhoods, and the larger community.

COMMUNITY SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES
GHRM will provide supervised opportunities for participants to give back to the community while developing responsibility, consistency, teamwork, and positive connections.

RECOVERY GROUP SUPPORT
Participants will have access to substance abuse education and peer/community recovery support designed to help individuals understand addiction, identify triggers, strengthen recovery skills, and build healthier support systems.

STRENGTHENING FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS
Reentry does not only affect the person returning home. It affects spouses, partners, children, parents, caregivers, and extended family members.
RESTORE will provide education, mentoring, and guidance to help participants begin rebuilding healthy family relationships.

ANGER MANAGEMENT
Participants will receive structured anger-management education focused on recognizing emotions before they lead to destructive behaviors.

OVERCOMING EMOTIONAL TRAUMA
Many individuals returning to the community have experienced significant trauma, grief, violence, family disruption, addiction, incarceration, abandonment, or other difficult life experiences.
The RESTORE Program will provide trauma-informed education and supportive activities that help participants recognize how unresolved emotional pain can affect relationships, decision-making, anger, substance use, and behavior.
